Yes, very true! I would go a step further and note that one can be set as an established objective and actively sought, the other simple can not be measured and couldn’t be set as an objective that one would seek. It is possible to scale sleep, but “good” has no measure. How would I measure good- really? What’s more, depending on the attributes that you associate, further complicate.
Going on sleep, when I had the flu last season I slept quite a bit, but I wouldn’t necessarily say I had good nights sleep- despite being asleep for hours at a time.
